This package serves 6-10 people and includes:
- Housemade Charceuterie Board chosen by the chef - may include but not limited to salamis, chorizos, sausages, prosciutto, salty olives,grilled artichokes, rich and creamy house made pates, stuffed grape leaves, jams, mustards, stuffed peppers.
- Cheese Platter chosen by chef (Choices vary season to season but all cheeses are sourced from only the best of Vermont, New York, California, France, Italy, Holland, Spain & Switzerland). Some of the most commonly used cheeses are Von Trapp's Mountain Alice, Jasper Hill's Bayley Hazen Blue, Vermont Creamery's Coupole, Cabot's Clothbound Cheddar, Springbrook's Alpine Tarentaise, Boston Post Dairy's Eleven Brothers, Twig Farm's Tomme, Sage Farm's Sterling, English Stilton, L'Amuse Gouda, Manchego, Delice de Bourgogne, or Fromager D'Affinois Double Cream Cheese.
